This is a piece combined from a couple influences. One is the song "Condemned To Rock N Roll" by the Manic Street Preachers, thus the line at the bottom, the other is a more controversial influence and one that may get me some heat here.
I don't foresee "world peace" as achievable in my lifetime and probably not really in my grand children's lifetime either. It's this myth that people have bought into.
As nice an idea as world peace is...humans are too violent by nature to propagate it. At least not soon. Our lust for dominance over our neighbors is too string. Be it through physical or passive violence we will always be at war, or on the brink of it, in one way or another.
Pretty much. Good to know that I'm not the only one that isn't afraid to reject this idea
